PETALING JAYA: Ge-Shen Corp Bhd ’s subsidiary Demand Options Sdn Bhd has entered into a “tenancy with option to purchase agreement” with Taiwan Chief Precision Technology Sdn Bhd.

Under the deal, Demand Options will rent Taiwan Chief Precision’s premises for 15 months at a monthly rental of RM23,000, followed by the option to purchase the property for RM7.3mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ge-Shen said it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Taiwan Chief Precision on mutually agreed terms for the proposed acquisition.
