KUALA LUMPUR (June 27): AE Multi Holdings Bhd announced the resignation of its executive director Chang Choon Seing, 49, today, who cited other business commitment in letting go of the post.

In a separate filing, the circuit board and electronic products manufacturer announced the appointment of Choon Seing’s 41-year- old brother Chang Choon Ming as a non-executive director.

The computer science bachelor degree holder also holds directorship in ConnectCounty Holdings Bhd, the filing showed.

Shares of AE Multi Holdings settled unchanged at 15 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM43.55 million.
