TRADING of shares in Ancom Logistics Bhd (fundamental: 1.55/3, valuation: 0.3/3) closed up 0.5 sen or 5.56% at 9.5 sen yesterday, bringing a market capitalisation of RM45 million.

A total of 3.13 million shares were crossed, higher than the counter’s 200-day average trading volume of 302,000 shares.

For the first financial quarter ended Aug 31, 2018 (1QFY19), the group’s net profit jumped 72% to RM160,000 from RM93,000 a year ago. Quarterly revenue, however, fell 8.4% to RM6.93 million from RM7.57 million in 1QFY18.

Ancom Logistics is now trading at 0.06 times its net book value.
