Perangsang Capital to raise up to RM500mil
Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor, in a filing with the stock exchange, said Perangsang Capital Sdn Bhd, had made a lodgement to the Securities Commission for the setting up of the programme under the syariah principle of murabahah.
PETALING JAYA: A unit of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd 
has proposed to set up an unrated Islamic medium-term notes programme of up to RM500mil in nominal value.
The group, in a filing with the stock exchange, said Perangsang Capital Sdn Bhd, had made a lodgement to the Securities Commission for the setting up of the programme under the syariah principle of murabahah.
It has a tenure of up to 15 years from the date of the issuance.
