PETALING JAYA: Theta Edge Bhd has announced that Othman Omar has retired as chief operating officer yesterday.

However, he will continue to serve the ICT company in a senior advisory capacity to ensure continuity on several large key projects and initiatives.

“This is to facilitate and ensure a smooth transition and completion of these large projects and strategic initiatives,” Theta Edge said in a filing to the stock exchange.
