实达：向莫实得种植购槟土地应免GST
（吉隆坡10日讯）实达集团（S P Setia Bhd）表示，其独资子公司Setia Fontaines 私人有限公司已向律师咨询，根据马来西亚的税法，该公司向莫实得种植（Boustead Plantations Bhd）收购槟城五块相邻的永久地契土地，应免征消费税（GST）。
实达集团今日向大马交易所报备，免征消费税是根据2014年消费税（豁免供应）令首个附表的第1（1）项。
“我们是针对莫实得种植于今年1月8日发布的公告，作出以上回应。”
实达集团说：“Setia Fontaines会在高庭诉讼程序中，坚决捍卫其立场。”
