Maybank IB issues 8 new call warrants
KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank Investment Bank Bhd has issued eight European style cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of Airasia 
Group Bhd, Gamuda Bhd , Genting Malaysia Bhd , Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd , Inari Amertron Bhd , Mi Technovation Bhd, Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd and Top Glove Corporation Bhd .
The call warrants were listed on Jan 28, 2019, with an issue size of 100 million each and a tenure of approximately six months, the investment bank said in a statement today.
Group Bhd, Gamuda Bhd , Genting Malaysia Bhd , Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd , Inari Amertron Bhd , Mi Technovation Bhd, Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd and Top Glove Corporation Bhd . The call warrants were listed on Jan 28, 2019, with an issue size of 100 million each and a tenure of approximately six months, the investment bank said in a statement today.
“This tranche of call warrants includes underlying companies in the oil and gas, technology, gloves, gaming, construction and transportation sectors.
“Sophisticated investors who are interested in participating in these sectors may consider investing via the warrants issued in this tranche,” it added.
The call warrants have the following gearings, AirAsia (4.00x), Gamuda (4.58x), Genting Malaysia (5.43x), Hisbiscus (3.18x), Inari (2.35x), Mi Technovation (2.57x), Serba Dinamik (6.25x) and Top Glove (4.57x). - Bernama
