India top court extends ban on Fortis share sale to IHH
NEW DELHI (Feb 15): A two-judge Supreme Court panel headed by Justice Ranjan Gogoi declined to hear Fortis Healthcare Ltd’s plea immediately; says it will hear the case on Feb 26.
