Its wholly-owned subsidiary Chin Hin Academy Sdn Bhd has entered into a teaming agreement with Singapore consulting firm Bimage Consulting Pte Ltd to exclusively and jointly develop proposals with consultancy and solutions for customers in Malaysia.
