Scomnet’s bonus issue approved

’s (Scomnet) bonus issue of 214.33 million warrants has been approved by Bursa Malaysia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Scomnet said that Bursa had also approved the listing of up to 10% of new shares under the proposed ESOS scheme.
Scomnet closed yesterday up four sen to 82 sen on a volume of 2.43 million shares.
