KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the shares of Sinotop Holdings Bhd will be suspended today, pending an announcement relating to a “very substantial acquisition” to be made by the company.

Sinotop said in a filing yesterday that Bursa Malaysia has approved its request for the suspension of trading in its shares from 9am to 5pm.

Sinotop shares closed down half a sen or 1.79% yesterday at 27.5 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM108.6 million.
