KUALA LUMPUR: Software firm Oracle Corp Malaysia Sdn Bhd is targeting more small and medium enterprises (SMEs) via the services provided at its newly launched cloud solutions hub.

Managing director Mohamed Fitri Abdullah said many SMEs had difficulty getting access to technology.

“SMEs will be a new segment for Oracle Malaysia. The SMEs have budget constraints and cloud technology can offer them the opportunities to advance their businesses,” he said at the launch of Oracle Malaysia’s cloud solution hub.

Cloud technology refers to storing and accessing data and programmes via the Internet rather than a computer’s hard drive.
