（吉隆坡29日讯）PNE公司（PNEPCB,6637,主板工业产品服务组）建议以2送1比例，派送最多7561万零775张凭单。
该公司透过文告指出，假设凭单转换价为38仙，该公司可从中筹集2870万令吉。凭单全面转换至母股后，该公司股本将从1亿3149万7000股增加至2亿2683万2000股。上述计划预期在今年第三季可完成。
