拟收购两建筑公司 刺激MTD ACPI大涨
（吉隆坡11日讯）MTD ACPI Engineering Bhd今早大涨32.35%，因该公司提议收购Putrajaya Perdana Bhd的两家建筑和产业子公司后，引发后者可能会在未来进行倒置收购的猜测。
截至早上9点04分，MTD ACPI涨5.5仙，至22.5仙，市值为5212万令吉。
惟现在还为时尚早，因为MTD ACPI只与Putrajaya Perdana及其独资子公司Putra Perdana Development私人有限公司签署了暂定协议（HoA），收购Orangebeam Construction私人有限公司及Orangebeam Development私人有限公司。
