SHAH ALAM (July 12): Property developer BCB Bhd will showcase its Broadleaf Residences luxury development at a three-day campaign ending this Sunday at Persiaran Anggerik Renantanda, Kota Kemuning.

Marketing manager Low Wei Leng said the 51 bungalow units are priced between RM3 million to RM5 million depending on size, and feature six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

“During the campaign, we will have a show house on display, and potential buyers are sure to like the units, which feature spacious interiors and quality fittings that promise comfort besides exclusivity in a gated and guarded community,” she told reporters here today.

She said the campaign offers visitors a chance to win lucky draw prizes, including branded watches, and activities such as a Mini Cooper test drive, a spa service and a food truck, culminating in a fireworks display at 8pm on Sunday to mark BCB’s 30th anniversary. — Bernama
