Sime Darby Prop’s Spotlight 8 offers weekend superdeals

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd has launched its “Spotlight 8” campaign that offers “weekend superdeals” for existing products and gives customers the opportunity to purchase newly launched properties across eight locations in the Greater Klang Valley and Johor.

In a statement, Sime Darby Property said the weekend superdeals and new launches under Spotlight 8 will run every weekend throughout July, August and September.

“The campaign will offer four new properties for sale ranging from landed to non-landed residential units, strategically located within the Klang Valley,” it said.

On this coming Saturday and Sunday, the spotlight is on Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang with the launch of Sime Darby Property’s latest series in affordable collection — Kyra — which features spacious 20ft x 75ft freehold double-storey linked homes in the vibrant township of Bandar Bukit Raja.

When completed, residents may step into the idyllic lush greenery of Kyra connected to a multipurpose park featuring 50km of dedicated bike lane, Sime Darby Property said.

Kyra is introduced in line with the national Home Ownership Campaign that runs until Dec 31, 2019 and offers at least a 10% discount for open-market properties and stamp duty exemption for residential units priced between RM300,000 and RM2.5 million, it added.

Besides that, other property launches to follow are Arina, the 22ft x 75ft freehold two-storey link homes in Serenia City, Sepang; superlink homes in Bukit Jelutong; and Aurora, the first dto-based high-rise project in Subang Jaya City Centre. dto is Malaysia’s first experiential online platform based on co-creation and crowdsourcing that is expected to transform the future of property buying.

Sime Darby Property chief marketing and sales officer Gerard Yuen Yun Wei said Spotlight 8 is an extension of the group’s successful Primetime 8 campaign, which ran from March to April this year.

“We achieved RM1 billion in sales during the two-month campaign period and now we’re back again to showcase exciting new products to the market, ranging from an affordable series to a community-driven project (dto). This time around, we will also be shining a light on existing properties within established and emerging townships.

“We are especially excited to see the public’s reception towards Aurora, the first dto development. The product is the result of a new co-creating culture we set up where the community determines the outcome of the development. Who knows, this could be the way forward for our future developments,” he said.
