吉打建筑4800万售地
■吉打建筑（BDB,6173,主板产业组）脱售吉打农业地给Lifetime产业私人有限公司，面积达93.6972公顷，作价4800万令吉。
吉打建筑发文告表示，脱售上述地库可释放资产价值，并从中获得一次性1700万令吉收益，脱售所得将用于营运资本及缴付贷款，每股净资产将增加6仙至1令吉57仙，负债比则从0.34倍降低至0.32倍。
