盟汇100万购UMCH 40%

■盟汇集团（MPAY,0156,创业板科技组）向医疗、保健、健身、科技解决方案公司UMCH一众创办人认购股权，以100万令吉代价认购40%股权。

盟汇集团发文告表示，透过上述收购，可让盟汇集团涉足医疗支付系统并带来数码创新，预期上述收购可在今年12月可完成。
