资本投资促英投资公司减持 以符合20%门槛
（吉隆坡18日讯）资本投资（icapital.biz Bhd）已要求英国City of London Investment Management Company Ltd（CLIM）减持股份，以符合封闭式基金公开发行股份的20%上限。
该基金今日向大马交易所报备，CLIM在9月30日和10月16日，通过DB (M) Nominee (Asing)私人有限公司，分别购入15万9000股和9万5500股。
“董事部认为，CLIM的持股已超过大马证券监督委员会（SC）封闭式基金证券公开发行指南、主板上市条例及基金章程规定的20%上限。”
“董事部已正式通知CLIM立即采取行动，将持股比重降至必要的最大持股限额。”
截至2时52分，资本投资报2.42令吉，无起落。
