（吉隆坡29日讯）YBS国际（YBS,0025,创业板工业产品服务组）将以2402万9874令吉向槟城发展机构收购资产。

该公司在文告中说，独资子公司Oriental FastechManufacturing已接获槟城发展机构发出的承兑函，将在获得股东批准后，收购槟城科学园的10英亩土地和相关建筑。
