亚天产托5000万购地段厂房·回租15年
（吉隆坡11日讯）亚天产托（ATRIUM,5130,主板产业投资信托组）与Lumileds公司签买卖协议，以5000万令吉收购槟城两块地段与厂房，并回租达15年。
该公司文告说，在执行首项买卖合约后，相关产业将回租达15年，有关租金年增幅达3%。
