KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 27): GDB Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd, has bagged an RM213.3 million contract from Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunhill Ventures Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, GDB Holdings said Grand Dynamic Builders was appointed the main contractor for main building works for the proposed development of a five-Star 22-storey hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

The contract commences on Jan 2, 2020 for a construction duration of 22.5 months and is scheduled to be completed by Nov 16, 2021, it added.
