KUALA LUMPUR: Tadmax Resources Bhd
shares rose over 3.3% after the company obtained approval to proceed with Pulau Indah power plant project.
The counter advanced 3.33%, or one sen to 31 sen with over 10 million shares done.
Tadmax said it had received a letter of notification from the Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change Ministry (Mestecc) to proceed with the development of a 1,200 MW combined-cycle gas turbine power plant in Pulau Indah.
It said the project will be carried out by Tadmax Indah Power Sdn Bhd.
