PETALING JAYA: One of IHH HEALTHCARE BHD
’s joint venture (JV) partners in India is interested in buying out IHH’s 50% stake in Apollo Gleneagles hospital in Kolkata, India.
According to a report in India-based Business Standard, IHH’s 50% JV partner Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd would like to purchase the former’s stake in the Apollo Gleneagles hospital.
Apollo Gleneagles hospital is a 50:50 JV between Apollo Hospitals and IHH, held through its Parkway subsidiary.
