（吉隆坡28日讯）维毅集团（ISTONE,0209,创业板科技组）建议5变1整合股票。

维毅集团在文告中表示，完成股票整合后，其股本将从12亿2147万7200股缩减至2亿4429万5440股。参考股价将从目前的每股22仙调整至1令吉10仙。
