PETALING JAYA: AmInvestment Bank Research sees a positive medium-term outlook for CREST BUILDER HOLDINGS BHD
(CBH), anchored by several construction wins over the past few months.
It said the group’s upcoming launches will be one of its major earnings contributors beyond financial year 2021 (FY21) and that it also had stable income from a concession agreement.
The research house, in a report, said it had initiated coverage on CBH with a “buy” call and fair value of RM1.83, based on its sum-of-parts valuation.
It expects the company to register core net earnings of RM20mil, RM21.8mil and RM28.1mil in FY20, FY21 and FY22.
