PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) is seeking information or assistance from the public over the whereabouts of Wong Shee Kai or Ricky Wong over alleged money laundering.
The regulator said that Wong was wanted in connection with offences under the AntiMoney Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
SC said it had on April sought Interpol’s assistance to find Wong, who is a wanted person and currently at-large.
