’s dividend-in-specie of three treasury shares for every 100 shares held will go ex on July 29.
The property company said on Thursday the dividend-in-specie was the first and final single tier dividend for the financial year ended Dec 31,2019.
It said the entitlement date would be on July 30. The shares would be transferred into the depositors’ accounts on the same day.
