（吉隆坡1日讯）随着Boustead Holdings Bhd控股股东武装部队基金局（LTAT）证实正在考虑私有化该集团，该股今早一度下滑4.32%。

截至早上10时13分，Boustead挫4.32%或3仙，至66.5仙，市值达14亿1000万令吉。

成交量为774万股，高于其200天平均交易量267万股。

Boustead今早以70仙报开，截至早上9时24分，股价一度下探至66仙盘中低位。

LTAT上周五宣布，该局正在考虑以每股80仙私有化Boustead，但这并不意味着该局将采取行动。

值得注意的是，Boustead持有4家上市公司的股权，包括艾芬银行（Affin Bank Bhd）、Boustead Plantations Bhd、Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd（BHIC）及发马（Pharmaniaga Bhd），LTAT也持有这些上市公司的股权。

艾芬银行（Boustead为第三大股东，持股权达20.73%）跌0.63%或1仙，至1.58令吉。

Boustead Plantations（Boustead持有57.42%股权）降1.39%或0.5仙，至35.5仙。

同时，Boustead持有65%股权的BHIC今早也滑落6.67%或5仙，至70仙。

不过，发马微升0.4%或1仙，报2.51令吉，市值为6亿5569万令吉。
