PETALING JAYA: Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), has named Datuk Seri Michael K.C. Yam as its chairman effective June 1,2020.
Yam’s appointment followed the recent retirement of Tan Sri Samsudin Osman.
Prior to the appointment, Yam was a board member of Kwasa Land, a position he held since March 2011.
