Balance units of Mah Sing’s M Centura in Sentul released for booking

PETALING JAYA (July 6): The balance of approximately 120 units of Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Centura in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur is available for booking with selling prices starting at RM530,000.

“Homebuyers of M Centura can leverage on the recently announced Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020, which provides stamp duty exemption on the instruments of transfer for residential properties limited to the first RM1 million of the purchase price and loan agreements,” said Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Han Sang in a press release today.

The partially furnished three-bedroom units have a built-up of 850 sq ft each and will be fitted with a kitchen cabinet, hob and hood, a refrigerator, washer dryer, water heater, television cabinet, mirrors, wardrobes and three air conditioners.

M Centura, which was launched at the end of 2017, has achieved a take-up rate of 95% to date. With a gross development value of RM562 million, the project is sited on a 4.7-acre parcel fronting Jalan Sentul Pasar and comprises two towers, 45- and 46-storeys respectively, with a total of 1,413 units. They come in two- to four-bedroom configurations and have built-ups ranging from 646 to 1,001 sq ft. The project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2021.

M Centura is situated 5km away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre and 7km away from Mont’Kiara, and is easily accessible via Middle Ring Road 2, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway and Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway. Public transport within a 3.5km radius include the Sentul Timur LRT station, and Sentul, Kampung Batu and Batu Kentonmen KTM stations.
