PETALING JAYA: Pasdec Holdings Bhd
has until Friday to submit its outstanding annual report for the financial year ended Dec 31,2019 after it failed to do so despite an earlier extension.
Bursa Malaysia Securities said it had on June 19 extended the deadline until July 31 for Pasdec to submit the annual report that included the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports.
However, the Pahang-based property developer failed to submit its 2019 annual report to Bursa Securities for public release within the approved timeline.
