Boustead appoints two new directors

PETALING JAYA: Loss-making conglomerate Boustead Holdings Bhd has appointed Federal Territories Wanita Umno chief and a former high-ranking civil servant as its two new non-executive directors.

The group, which is 59%-owned by the Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT), said that Tan Sri Abu Bakar Abdullah and Datuk Zurainah Musa have been appointed to the board of directors effective Aug 21.

The 65-year-old Abu Bakar has over 30 years of experience in the administration and management of the public sector.
