KUALA LUMPUR: The Lavile Kuala Lumpur freehold mixed-use development in Maluri, Cheras has seen a 95% take-up rate for the first three residential towers, since the project’s launch in late 2016.

Developed by Orando Holdings Sdn Bhd, the last residential tower (named Cheerz) consisting of 248 condominium units and 24 guest suites in a 38-storey block was launched simultaneously last Saturday in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The Cheerz condominium units are priced from RM930,000 and come in two or three-bedroom layouts, and sizes of 750,864 or 961 sq ft.
