KUALA LUMPUR: MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd
has dissolved the board executive committee which was set up on Sept 8 to guide and assist Fakhrunniam Othman, the acting group CEO.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, it said Fakhrunniam had already assumed the acting group CEO role effectively.
He has been able to execute the ongoing initiatives of the company’s strategies and plans with the guidance of the board.
