PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd (HEB) has entered into a mutual separation agreement with its group chief executive officer Datuk Nitchiananthan Balasubramaniam.
In a statement, the company yesterday announced Nitchiananthan has thus voluntarily resigned from all positions within the HEB group of companies, and HEB has accepted his resignation.
“The effective date of his resignation shall be Nov 30,2020. Nitchiananthan intends to move on with his professional career and his other personal interests, ” the company said.
