PETALING JAYA: Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd
has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with GAC Motor International Ltd to study the possibility of introducing GAC International’s vehicles to Malaysia and Vietnam.
Tan Chong said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that it the deal was intented to allow itself to be appointed for the sales, distribution, assembly and provision of after-sales services in the said countries on an exclusive basis.
