（吉隆坡27日讯）马星集团（MAHSING，8583，主板产业股）推出“HOME with Mah Sing”活动，提供免付款高达4年，让人人都能拥屋，实现居者有其屋。

活动即日起至3月29日截止，马星还提供各种奖励，让购屋者节省更多，简化买房旅程，如低订金，从500令吉起、免律师费及印花税。此外，购屋者还可从参与的2021年拥屋计划及马来亚回教银行的HouzKEY融资方案的指定单位中获益。

马星集团创办人兼集团董事经理丹斯里梁海金发文告说，拥屋是许多大马人的愿望，但融资及财困是主要障碍，尤其是疫情爆发所带来的的障碍更大。因此，马星推出“HOME with Mah Sing”活动，让购屋者可以选择配套，高达4年的免付款期（每个参与项目的免付款则各有不同）。不同的项目，免付款会在施工期间或迁入时生效。

“HOME with Mah Sing”针对年轻家庭、新婚家庭、首购族、升级住户及投资者。而参与的房屋项目遍布巴生谷、槟城及柔佛，类别涵盖高楼住宅、有地住宅、工厂单位、商业单位、执行套房及酒店单位等，必能满足各种购屋者的需求。
