KUALA LUMPUR: Chin Hin Group Property Bhd is planning to acquire 3.3 hectares of land near Jalan Kuchai in Kuala Lumpur for RM85mil cash.

The company. in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today. said its had entered into a deal with Frazel Lux Sdn Bhd to buy the freehold vacant land.

The deal is subject to several conditions, including for the vendors to obtain the rights to undertake residential development on the land with a plot ratio density requirement of at least 150 units per acre.
