PETALING JAYA: Amcorp Properties Bhd
(AmProp) reported a net loss of RM189,000 in its third quarter ended Dec 31 compared to a net profit of RM8.47mil a year ago.
Its revenue in the quarter fell to RM43.1mil from RM65.55mil a year ago.
“Net profit for the current quarter was lower than the preceding year’s corresponding quarter by RM8.1mil, mainly due to sales of land in Sepang in the preceding year’s corresponding quarter, ” AmProp said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
