, which was queried by Bursa Securities over the recent sharp rise in price and volume of its shares, is still in discussions with potential parties on new businesses.
In its reply to the exchange yesterday, it said there is no corporate development relating to the company and its subsidiaries’ business and affairs that had not been previously announced.
Artroniq said in its circular to its shareholders dated Oct 9,2020, it has been implementing changes such as monetisation of assets of its manufacturing business – which had ceased in the third quarter of 2020 – as well as other non-core assets.
