is buying four units of four storey town villas in Sri Hartamas, KL for RM15.7mil from Olympia Industries Bhd.
“The properties, each with a lift and a swimming pool, are prestige properties which are located at a well-established exclusive residential area, ” it said.
“The transactions are undertaken as it is expected that there is demand for the properties and hence appreciation of the value, ” Dutaland said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
