PETALING JAYA: Deleum Bhd
says its group managing director (MD) Nan Yusri Nan Rahimy (pic) would retire from his position at the conclusion of the group’s forthcoming 16th AGM, the date of which will be announced later.
In its exchange filing, the oil and gas company said Nan Yusri had entered into a mutual separation agreement with the company, whereby both parties had mutually agreed to an early cessation of the latter’s employment contract.
It said Nan Yusri would cease to be its group MD and cease all his executive functions and positions in the group’s companies with effect from the conclusion of the forthcoming 16th AGM. It added that Nan Yusri would move on to pursue other endeavours.
