（吉隆坡31日讯）迪耐（DNEX,4456,主板科技组）与中国盛世投资（CGP Investment）与国库控股（Khazanah）签署正式协议，将以2亿7300万令吉现金收购硅佳（SilTerra）。
根据文告，迪耐将掌握硅佳的60%股权。
