KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Kamisah Johan has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Gabungan AQRS Bhd
after acquiring 49.34 million, or 9.1% stake, in a private placement exercise.
Kamisah, 44, is the founder and group executive chairman of Rembawang Holdings Sdn Bhd. A self-made entrepreneur, Kamisah has more than 10 years of experience in the property development sector.
She was named Woman Property Icon of the Year at the Malaysia Excellence Business Award 2018.
