KUALA LUMPUR: A technical glitch faced by the remote participation and voting facility provider, Tricor Investor and Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (Tricor), triggered Maybank to reschedule its virtual 61st annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders.
In a statement, Maybank chairman Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa said the bank will notify its shareholders and Bursa Malaysia for the new meeting date in due course.
“The bank would like to convey its deepest apologies to all shareholders for the inconvenience caused and will be notifying them of the new meeting date in due course.
