●泛亚物流（TASCO,5140,主板交通物流组）属下公司建议以1055万令吉现金价收购Hypercold物流公司的50%股权，以开拓东马市场。

泛亚物流持股70%的TASCO Yusen Gold Cold公司将买下Hypercold的128万5000股。Hypercold其余50%股权由Swift综合物流公司掌握。

Hypercold主要提供冷冻链相关物流、仓库存储和货物运输等服务，业务重心在沙巴亚庇。
