（吉隆坡30日讯）安康（Ancom Bhd）周三建议以1亿7929万令吉或每股1令吉，收购持股50.27%联号公司Nylex (Malaysia) Bhd的资产与负债，导致两家公司股价今早下跌。

截稿时，安康跌2仙或1.19%，至1.66令吉，Nylex挫7仙或7.73%，报83.5仙。
