KUALA LUMPUR: BCM Alliance Bhd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Sanichi Technology Bhd
after the purchase of 24.56 million shares last Wednesday.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday showed BCM Alliance acquired the 12.15% stake from the open market.
BCM Alliance distributes medical devices and commercial laundry equipment, Sanichi is involved in n the research, design, development, fabrication, repair, and modification of precision moulds and tooling in Malaysia.
Meanwhile, a filing last Friday showed MNC Wireless Bhd had disposed of 25.98 million BCM Alliance shares in the open market last Wednesday.
