KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI traded sideways amid a cautious market as investors awaited for the US Federal Reserve's minutes of its latest policy meeting.
At closing, the FBM KLCI closed down 0.73 of-a-point to 1,531.63.
There were 580 gainers, 417 losers and 426 counters traded unchanged on the Bursa Malaysia. Turnover stood at 6.75 billion shares valued at RM3.65bil.
Dealers said investors were concerned about the outcome of the US Federal Reserve's June meeting for clarity on monetary policy.
